Brokerage Services' Investor
Communications mailed annual reports, proxies and interim reports
to over 285 million shareholders.
Brokerage Services expanded
its Wilco international trading and settlement systems business
rapidly, introducing leading edge products and gaining several
major new clients.
Dealer Services made significant
acquisitions in Europe, growing ADP's market share in Germany,
Italy and Scandinavia, and strengthening ADP's total market share
in Europe.
Dealer Services now has
over 18,000 clients throughout the world using on-site systems
and communications networks to manage every area of sales and
operations.
Dealer Services introduced
several new products that will enhance its ability to serve dealers
and manufacturers' needs in the areas of consumer contact and
dealer management systems.
Claims Services serves 14
of the 15 largest auto insurance carriers, more than 250 additional
insurance carriers and claims adjusters, and numerous other collision
repair facilities.
Claims Services added 1,500
new users of its PenPro Laptop this year. Pen Pro is the industry's
first pen-based auto estimating system.
Claims Services' Integrated
Medical Solutions became the first vendor to provide automated
access, medical utilization review and managed care services expressly
for the auto claims market.
