ROSELAND, New Jersey -- September 10, 2007 -- The board of directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE:ADP) has elected Eric C. Fast, who is 57 years old, and Gregory L. Summe, who is 50 years old, as directors of the company.
Mr. Fast is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crane Co. Mr. Summe is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PerkinElmer, Inc. These elections increase the size of the company’s board to 11 directors.
