ADP to Webcast Financial Analyst Conference on March 22, 2007

ROSELAND, New Jersey -- December 21, 2006 -- Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE:ADP) announced today that it will hold its annual financial analyst conference on Thursday, March 22, 2007 from 8:45 a.m. to noon (EDT). The company will provide an update on strategic growth initiatives in Employer Services and Dealer Services, and an update on the spin-off of the Brokerage Services Group business.

Gary C. Butler, president and chief executive officer, S. Michael Martone, chief operating officer elect, and Christopher R. Reidy, chief financial officer, along with leadership from Employer Services and Dealer Services will be participating in the conference and be available to answer investor questions.

The meeting will be offered live via webcast and may be accessed through ADP's homepage, www.adp.com or ADP's Investor Relations home page, http://www.investquest.com/iq/a/adp/. In addition, the slide presentation will be available to download and print approximately 60 minutes before the webcast at ADP's Investor Relations home page.
