Executive Officers of AirNet Systems, Inc.

Bruce D. Parker became Chief Executive Officer effective December 29, 2006 and Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2007. He has been a director of AirNet since 2002. Parker has had a broad array of experience in consulting, technology, aviation, logistics and general management. He is currently the managing director of the IT Management Group LLC.  He previously retired as Executive Vice President of Sapient Corporation, a leading systems and technology development firm. In his career he has worked for several leading firms in the travel and transportation industry, including serving as Senior Vice President and CIO of United Airlines, Senior Vice President of Ryder Systems and Vice President of American Airlines and Sabre.

Ray L. Druseikis has served as Vice President of Finance, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer of AirNet Systems, Inc. since June 30, 2005, and has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary on an interim basis. Mr. Druseikis has more than 30 years of finance experience, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of SEA, Ltd., a privately-owned forensic engineering services company, as Corporate Controller for The Dispatch Printing Company, a privately-owned enterprise with varied business interests in media, real estate and venture capital, and as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Crown NorthCorp Inc., a publicly-traded real estate financial services company.

Jeffery B. Harris has served AirNet Systems, Inc. as a Senior Vice President since October, 1997. Prior to joining AirNet Systems in June 1996 as the Relationship Manager for Bank Sales, Mr. Harris served as Vice President and Senior Transit Product Manager for Mellon Bank, N.A. from 1994 to 1996.

Larry M. Glasscock was named Senior Vice President, Express Services for AirNet Systems, Inc. in February 2003. Prior to joining AirNet, Mr. Glasscock served as Senior Vice President of Evercom Systems and as Executive Vice President of NextJet Technologies, leading revenue diversification, service, and technology initiatives. From January 1992 through September 2000, Mr. Glasscock served in senior management positions of Expedited Delivery, various subsidiaries of Corporate Express, and of Security Couriers. He earlier served in senior leadership roles with Greyhound Lines, Emery Worldwide, and Purolator Courier.

Craig A. Leach was named Vice President, Information Systems in January 2000. Mr. Leach established AirNet Systems' Information Systems Department in 1985 and was named Director of Information Systems in 1996. Mr. Leach started his career with AirNet more than 20 years ago as a courier.

Board of Directors

James Chadwick has served on the Board of Directors since July 2005. From January 2003 until June 2005, Mr. Chadwick served as the managing member of Pacific Coast Investment Partners, LLC, a hedge fund specializing in shareholder activism and the General Partner of Pacific Coast Investment Fund, L.P. From April 1999 to October 2002, Mr. Chadwick was employed by Relational Investors, LLC, a $5 billion registered investment adviser that invests in companies that it believes can be improved. He served as an analyst from 1999 to 2001 and became a Senior Analyst in 2002.

Russell M. Gertmenian a director of AirNet since 1996, has been a partner with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP since 1979 and currently serves as Vice-Chair of that firm's Executive Committee. Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP rendered legal services to AirNet during the 2003 fiscal year and continues to do so. Mr. Gertmenian also serves as a director of Abercrombie & Fitch Co.

Gerald Hellerman joined the Board of Directors in July 2005. He owns and has served as Managing Director of Hellerman Associates since 1993. Hellerman Associates provides financial consulting and litigation support services. From 1976 to 1993, Mr. Hellerman served as Chief Financial Analyst for the U.S. Department of Justice. In that position, he advised the Antitrust, Civil, and Environmental and Natural Resources Divisions concerning financial, corporate control, bankruptcy, and valuation issues. He also served as Special Financial Advisor to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust and Monopoly from 1972 to 1976. Prior to that, Mr. Hellerman served in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as Branch Chief from 1967 to 1972 and Financial Analyst from 1962 to 1967.

Thomas J. Kiernan joined the Board of Directors in September 2007. Mr. Kiernan has been self-employed since 2001 providing general management advisory services to a number of start-up companies in transportation related businesses.  From 1968-2001 he worked for American Airlines and served in senior management positions.  Mr. Kiernan was Senior Vice President-Human Resources and Senior Vice President Corporate Services from 1998-2001 and 1993-1998, respectively.  During this period he reported directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and was also a member of the Executive committee.  From 1989-1993, Mr. Kiernan was President, Sabre Computer Services, which was responsible for delivering all technology services to American Airlines and other subsidiaries of AMR Corporation.

Robert H. Milbourne joined the Board of Directors in September 2007. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Columbus Partnership, a civic organization of top business, education and community leaders focused on improving the economic and cultural base of Central Ohio, since 2002.  He was Chief Executive Officer of a similar organization in Milwaukee for 17 years prior to moving to Columbus in 2002. From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Milbourne was Vice President and Economist for the Kohler Company, a leading manufacturer of plumbing products, engines and generators, and one of the largest privately held corporations in the United States.  His responsibilities included corporate planning, budgeting, economic forecasting, corporate communications, and a real estate business.  Mr. Milbourne worked in Wisconsin state government from 1970 to 1979, serving as the State Budget Director in the mid-1970s.  He has also served on the faculty as an adjunct professor in the Economics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

James E. Riddle, a director of AirNet since February 2000, has been in the growth management and consulting business since July 1999, most recently as Managing Partner of GrowthCircle Ventures, LLP, a management consulting firm, since August 2001, and as Vice Chairman of Enterasys Systems, Inc., an enterprise network provider, from August 2000 to April 2001. Previously, Mr. Riddle served from 1997 to 1999 as President and Chief Operating Officer of Norrell Services, Inc., an outsourcing information technology and staffing services company. Prior to joining Norrell, for four years, Mr. Riddle served Ryder System, Inc. in several capacities, primarily in marketing and sales, including President of Ryder International. Mr. Riddle served Xerox Corporation for 26 years in a variety of senior management positions, including Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Field Operations for the United States operations and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the European operations. Mr. Riddle is also a director of Danka Business Systems PLC.
