AirNet Systems, Inc. Announces New Chief Financial Officer

COLUMBUS, Ohio (August 11, 1008 ) -- AirNet Systems, Inc. (“AirNet”) announced today that Fred L. deLeeuw joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 21, 2008.

Mr. deLeeuw has more than three decades of experience in the airline industry.  Since 2005, he served as President of Big Sky Airlines Co., a regional passenger airline, based in Billings, Montana.

Prior to that, he held various financial and marketing positions with increased responsibilities at several regional, national and international airlines, including Atlas Air, Inc., Continental, Northwest, Vanguard and People Express  

Mr. deLeeuw earned a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science-Finance degree from Arizona State University.
