Atmos Energy Corporation today announced that an order has been issued by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) applicable to about 20 percent of the customers served by the company’s Mid-Tex Division. The remaining 80 percent of the customers, which are represented by 438 of the 439 incorporated cities served by the Mid-Tex Division, had already reached a settlement with the company on its rate case originally filed in September 2007.
