DALLAS, Texas -- November 27, 2007 -- Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE:ATO) will webcast its annual analyst conference to be held on Wednesday December 5, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ET. Leadership will discuss the Company's financial and operating performance and its key strategies for maximizing shareholder value. Interested parties may listen to the webcast live, as well as view the accompanying slide presentation, via the Analyst Conference webcast link on Atmos Energy's Web site at www.atmosenergy.com.

For those unable to access the live webcast, the presentation will be archived on the Company's Web site until January 5, 2008.
