Huntington Bancshares Incorporated Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends COLUMBUS, Ohio -- April 21, 2009 -- Huntington Bancshares Incorporated today announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock (Nasdaq: HBANP) of $21.25 per share. The dividend is payable July 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on July 1, 2009.
