COLUMBUS, Ohio -- June 20, 2005 --
Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (Nasdaq: HBAN) expects to report its second quarter earnings on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 prior to the market opening. A news release and supporting financial data will be available at that time on the company's website at http://www.huntington-ir.com.

Conference Call / Webcast Information

Huntington's senior management will host an earnings conference call the same day at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
