COLUMBUS, Ohio -- July 19, 2005 -- Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (Nasdaq: HBAN) today announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.215 per common share. The dividend is payable October 3, 2005, to shareholders of record on September 16, 2005.
