COLUMBUS, Ohio – March 11, 2011 -- Huntington Preferred Capital, Inc. (Nasdaq: HPCCP), has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4921875 per share on its Class C preferred stock.  The dividend is payable March 31, 2011, to shareholders of record on March 21, 2011.
