COLUMBUS, Ohio -- August 12, 2010 -- Huntington Preferred Capital, Inc. (Nasdaq: HPCCP), has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4921875 per share on its Class C preferred stock.  The dividend is payable September 30, 2010, to shareholders of record on August 24, 2010.
