COLUMBUS, Ohio – November 10, 2011 – Huntington Preferred Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: HPCCP), has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4921875 per share on its Class C preferred stock.  The dividend is payable December 30, 2011, to shareholders of record on November 22, 2011.
