NELSONVILLE, Ohio -- February 8, 2007 -- Rocky Brands (Nasdaq: RCKY) launched new products and technologies at major trade shows in January and February.

"Our year kicks off quickly with several major trade shows that are critical in our key market segments," said David Sharp, president and COO. "Product development and innovation is the lifeblood of our company and brands. We were pleased to offer our targeted retail markets with fresh, new products that have relevance to their consumers."

SHOT Show, Jan. 11-14

The SHOT Show, presented by National Shooting Sports Foundation in Orlando, Fla., attracted thousands of outdoor specialty retailers. Rocky unveiled a proprietary D-TEC™ waterproof and scent eliminating system in footwear and apparel under its flagship Rocky brand. New products introduced at the show included the Stalker Series of lightweight hunting boots, ProHunter Synergy apparel and updated tactical footwear in its Rocky Duty footwear collection.

Denver International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Market, Jan. 12-15

Held each January at the Denver Mart, this show is attended by western industry specialty retailers and buyers. At the just-completed Market, Rocky Brands hosted the second annual Rocky Brands Bash, an invitation-only party attended by more than 1,000 key accounts. The company also introduced new products featuring exclusive technologies, including Techno Rides, a line of Rocky Western boots featuring an exclusive 10-layer comfort; and the Mustang Sole, a flexible, longwearing, repairable outsole from Durango Boot.

Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, Jan. 27-30

Conducted in Salt Lake City, the Outdoor Retailer (OR) is the primary trade show for the outdoor specialty industry with attendees ranging from buyers at small shops and regional chains to the largest national and international retailers. At OR, Rocky Brands launched its first line of adventure products under the newly-acquired Michelin brand license. Developed for hiking, trekking and trail running, the Michelin Off-Road footwear line capitalizes on Michelin's innovations in rubber compounds and Rocky Brands' expertise in outdoor footwear.
